Warranty

All work manufactured and installed by Arsul have a guaranteed for 3 years, from the date of the invoice, against manufacturing and/or assembly defects.

This guarantee does not cover incorrect use of the equipment, including use in conditions for which it was not previously designed, manufactured and installed, or the occurrence of adverse weather conditions.

The guarantee loses effect if it is made by a third party, and no exceptions or commitments made by any company or person on behalf of Arsul are permitted.

You should therefore follow these instructions to maintain the equipment and ensure that its components last longer.

maintenance

  • You should close the awning whenever it is not in use, and in the event of rain and/or strong wind, to prevent it from being damaged. If it is closed when wet, the awning should be opened again when conditions permit to ensure that it dries completely.
  • You must not place/hang any objects on the awning.
  • Every year, apply a lubricant (e.g. WD-40) to the moving metal components, avoiding hitting the fabric.

cleaning

  • The awning should be cleaned whenever necessary, avoiding the accumulation of dust and debris.
  • Apply a mixture of water and neutral soap and scrub gently. Rinse and leave to dry completely before collecting.
  • Do not use solvents, abrasive products or high-pressure cleaners.
